Society Brands, a tech-enabled consumer products company founded in 2020, has demonstrated remarkable growth in a short span. By 2024, the company surpassed $100 million in annual revenue, a milestone achieved through strategic acquisitions and a focus on direct-to-consumer sales via platforms like Shopify . Their innovative approach, built by founders for founders, has led to the acquisition of 12 companies, doubling their annual revenues and expanding their team to over 150 members . With a total funding of approximately $260 million, Society Brands continues to solidify its position in the e-commerce sector, aiming for sustainable growth and profitability .
Our goal for this project was to unify the brand under a cohesive, elevated identity—one that could confidently host the 12 branded e-commerce businesses owned by Society Brands. As the company evolves from a founder-facing to a consumer-facing presence, the new brand and website needed to reflect credibility, clarity, and scale, while maintaining the warmth and approachability that define Society Brands’ mission: clean, toxin-free living in, on, and around the body.
We started by refining the brand’s core messaging and design direction, developing a system that was both modern and approachable, with a strong focus on transparency and sustainability. The concept of "In, On, and Around the Body" became a central theme, guiding everything from the logo design to the website structure. The logo exploration, in particular, was an iterative process, ensuring the final mark reflected growth, connection, and the holistic nature of their brand.
The website was designed to feel effortless yet high-impact, balancing clean aesthetics with a strategic user experience. We integrated a fresh color palette inspired by nature and the human body, and designed an intuitive layout that highlights Society Brands' commitment to wellness. Every detail, from the typography to the interactive elements, was considered to reinforce the brand’s identity while making it easy for users to explore and engage.
Beyond the brand identity and website, we also developed a suite of marketing collateral, including business cards, apparel designs, and presentation templates, ensuring a polished and consistent presence across all touchpoints.
The outcome is a brand that feels distinct, elevated, and positioned for long-term growth—one that reflects the values of Society Brands while setting them apart in the competitive wellness space.
