At Squarespace’s Circle Day 2025, I shared how September Design Studio grew from a solo practice into a multi‑location creative agency. My talk focused on mapping services and workflows, knowing when to expand your team, and pricing transparently—showing that project management is about building a business that supports your vision. I also hosted a round‑table session around the four pillars of scaling—Mapping, People, Communication and Pricing—inviting attendees to reflect on prompts about capacity clues, first hires and next‑level delegation

In 2020, 99designs saw over 2.3 million designs created, with 459 entries competing for top honors. Among these, September Design Studio emerged as one of the six finalists for the Best New Top Level Designer award.
