Yes. The price you are quoted will be the price you pay unless the scope of the brief changes during the project or if you require additional rounds of revisions. We offer two rounds of revisions for the design and the copy + one round of refinements (minor tweaks when we review everything before launch). You will be notified beforehand of any additional fees for extra services, and you can choose whether or not you would like to move forward. We do not have any hidden or surprise fees! We make sure we’re 100% transparent with our clients and have their approval before continuing on the project. Note that the price of your Squarespace subscription and domain registration is not included.

Our payment structure is broken down into three installments:
40% Non-Refundable Deposit: This is required at the start of your project after you have signed the contract. This ensures we reserve a time slot for you so that we focus on your branding & web design as well as SEO & copy within that time frame.
30% Payment: Due midway through the project.
30% Final Payment: Due one week before the estimated launch date. Once your final payment is secured and released, we will immediately transfer the website ownership to you.
Please note: If the launch is delayed because of the client’s lack of responses or failure to provide the necessary information on time (e.g., fill in questionnaires, answer emails/messages, provide feedback, etc.), the final payment will still be due at the original deadline.
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal; the processing fee is included in your quote. You can also pay by bank transfer or Zelle. If you found us via 99designs, the payment will be processed through their platform via PayPal or credit card.
