Project overviewConflict & Culture
We created a refined brand identity and responsive Squarespace site for Conflict & Culture, positioning Meghan’s HR advisory practice as modern, approachable, and credible for in-house counsel and HR leaders. The identity centers on a handcrafted wordmark and a subtle three-arch motif (a nod to Meghan’s three service pillars and Pittsburgh), paired with an editorial type system and a muted, sophisticated palette.
Deliverables: primary and alternate logos, color + type system, print-ready Moo postcards, 15 editable Canva social templates, a mobile-first Squarespace site with Calendly integration and basic SEO, plus a polished training deck and Zoom backgrounds. Early results: the site and brand received warm praise at a Pittsburgh HR conference and are already supporting speaking and RFP opportunities.

A word from our client
In many ways, Louise helped me find my voice and gave me the confidence to move forward with my business in a way that felt authentic to me. Working with Louise and her team at September Designs has been such a positive and rewarding experience. As a new business owner in the legal field, it isn’t easy to unfold a brand, but Louise helped me do just that with creativity, patience, and a clear sense of direction. She managed to combine my desire for something modern and feminine with the professionalism and tradition that clients expect in law, which is a difficult balance to achieve. In many ways, she helped me find my voice and gave me the confidence to move forward with my business in a way that felt authentic to me. The result has been endless praise for my website and related branding pieces, like marketing postcards, and I look forward to working with Louise and her team for a long time to come.
